From my initial consultation to my final appointment, Florin listened carefully to what I wanted including the finished look. Florin was highly professional, thoughtful, caring and considerate throughout. I had a number of different dental nurses over the course of my appointments and they were all excellent too. Orchard dentis practiceI’ve been going to this dentist for over a decade very professional clean and tidy. My current dentist very professional and patient with me when it comes to doing x-rays as I tend to gag when they try to place the X-ray paddles in my mouth but the dentist was very patient 5 stars to that man. The surrounding areas around by the reception very basic clean and tidy. There is a ramp from the outside of the building for access if you have a buggy or if Need access for a wheelchair . Excellent! I have just completed a fairly extensive treatment course to get my teeth looking good for my daughters wedding! Despite the rather short time frame, Florin Cret, my dentist, produced a treatment plan that fitted my busy schedule perfectly. His service was excellent, he explained everything in detail at every stage so I understood the process completely. The results are fantastic, I couldn't be more pleased, my smile is looking really good now, something that I don't remember ever having! Thank you Florin, and all the team at Nuvo! Going ahead with the Invisalign treatment plan was the best thing I ever did. I am so happy with how my teeth turned out and I can’t thank Florin enough for it. I've relatively recently switched to Nuvo and must say the level of care and consideration I receive is quite amazing. I'm a nervous visitor to a dentist yet everyone goes out of their way to put me at ease, explaining every step of the treatment clearly. The quality of treatment is also excellent, and where a problem arose with my plate (and really of my own making) a resolution was found for which no charge was made despite it needing a great deal of time to enact. All in all they are superb

Had a check up here recently. Saf was brilliant. Had a little bit of calcium build up which he cleaned up easily. Such a pleasant visit. Made to feel very welcome and at ease from the reception staff right through to the treatment room. Totally recommend this dentist. 5 stars aren't enough, should be 10.
Really excellent dentist, so much so we travel 1.5 hours to visit. After bad experiences locally they are a refreshing change always professional and respectful to all our family. I also had my Invisalign here and am extremely happy with the results.
I was on holiday and need some work done quickly, Nuvo had me booked in the next day and sorted me out. The hygienist was so patient and gentle with me as I have Aspergers, she made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice

Chipped the composite on my front tooth a few days before Christmas. I was worried it may get worse if left over the Christmas period. I called the surgery and they gave me an appointment the same day and the dentist, Dr Florin, fixed my tooth completely (I expected a temporary fix to get me through Christmas). Both dentist and his assistant in the surgery were lovely. Really pleased with the service I received.
All the staff are lovely at Nuvo and the dentist explained the who procedure before my surgery. I had bone loss in lower jaw and now it’s been filled and now my teeth are more secure and no more pain. Highly recommend Nuvo dental care.
Amazing experience with Dr Florin and Louise, both incredibly lovely and hard working, couldn’t recommend the two of them enough. Dr Florin is highly skilful/talented, gentle and understanding, I couldn’t recommend him enough for any treatment but in particular, composite bonding. Louise is just really lovely and thoughtful. Always happy to go to the Nuvo dental + implant centre. My Dental surgeon is terrific, she explains things clearly, she is genuinely friendly too.The Dental nurses and assistants are good too, only ever encountered one grumpy one who preferred to talk to others than deal with patients. The others are great with both NHS patients and Private ones.

Fantastic surgery. I hadn’t been to the dentist in many years and when one tooth failed quite badly, I was overwhelmed with anxiety. I had a consultation appointment with Dr Florin Cret who was extremely friendly and reassuring. He put my anxiety at ease and advised that I needed two teeth repaired with bonding.I was immediately booked in for an appointment 6 days later and he carried out the surgery. I was very nervous but again he reassured me and talked me through the entire procedure - he and his nurse were fantastic and completed rebuilding both teeth in less than 30 minutes with no pain whatsoever. Absolutely fantastic and I will be attending on a regular basis moving forward.Thank you!

I am NHS service user at this dentist - they have always been very friendly, polite and compassionate. I haven't had any issues, however I think it's a shame they aren't taking on any new NHS patients as it's a current issue across the country.
The reception staff are always friendly and efficient as are the dental team. My last visit was a check up. I didn't need treatment but the dentist gave me a clean up removing any build up the electric tooth brush and tooth pick failed to remove. All done in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this dental surgery, I have been a patient on their books for over 10 years.

I moved to this practise a number of years ago when my previous dentist joined so have been with them for around 23 years. Fortunately I have NHS dental treatment.and have always been treated well by the Nuvo team. Communication is sometimes a little awry but have absolutely no complaints. The staff are respectful, patient, friendly and knowledgeable and the costs are reasonable. I'm very happy with NUVO and would recommend them.
Florin is the best dentist I have ever had. I had extreme dental anxiety due to previous dentists and he puts me at ease telling me each step and letting me have little rests. I’ve had fillings done and he was very careful and now he has done my composite bonding to enhance my smile for my wedding day. I had to have an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and i was petrified. Absolutely hate going dentist as it is. But the male dentist and young lady who did it for me were so patient and really comforting! Got it out in no time. Made my experience much more pleasant than i anticipated it to be. Well, I’ve been with this dentist for 12 years I think. Like most or dentist these days the NHS is gone to. F—- The surgery has had 10 years to sort out my root canal treatment. They put a gold tooth in it fell out . Over the duration of time that there has been no tooth, they have filled it in with white filler. I have got diabetes to where I need special toothpaste to which is only prescribed through prescription form. I phoned up said I need a prescription for this toothpaste as it has a high concentration of fluoride in it, which is only prescribable and was told coming we sell it. What a big lie. I have Congestive heart failure and liver disease. They have chucked me under the bus as they say which the expression I quite like actually slung me out of practice to no fault of their own, but they could’ve actually rectified the problem before parting ways. But we’re all just a pound £at the end of the day. No duty of care on their side. After an invitation was left on this review to contact Nuvo dentist. I thought there may have been a glimmer hope to rectify the ongoing saga of the root canal treatment that needs to be extracted. The conversation was we have a dental plan.So if there’s any solicitors out there want to take this on with a no-win fee because they have left me with a fill-in that will crumble as it has done in the past and expose a treatment that they have had rectify for 12 years. They have tried numerous techniques, opposed to dealing with the treatment and constantly filling it in with white gunge.This still doesn’t help. I still have root canal treatment which should’ve been dealt with years ago which has been constantly filled in with white filling .Yeah, you say you haven’t got enough dentists. It’s not my fault what dentist you had there didn’t do the job properly.

My experience with Nuvo dental was more than pleasant. After being cautious with research for possible routes to achieve my new smile, I managed to give Nuvo Dental a try and got a consultation. The Staff at reception were polite and friendly and Dr Florin gave me a clear plan as to how we will reach out target for my smile. With interval check ups undergoing my Invisalign, Dr Florin and I constructed a Plan for my composite bonding. Clear instructions were given when using the whitening kit and how to keep the retainers clean. My final result after Invisalign and my composite bonding exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be more happy. Much appreciation for all the Staff at Nuvo Dental for my journey to perfect my smile and gain more confidence.
Price has gone up a fair bit over the last year or so! I would prefer if they did a little bit less lecturing every time and focused purely on the cleaning (maybe lecture as youre cleaning) as it is quite expensive, but service is good, hygienist is nice and I continue to go here
I’ve given 5stars as they truly are 5 star rating.I suffer with PTSD and anxiety and also have a central tremors,the dentist who is looking after me and my teeth is very understanding of my illness and has told me to wave at her if I need a break to stop. Yesterday afternoon, I booked an online consultation with the treatment co-ordinator, Louise Richards. I received a video call, and Louise spoke with me through the insights of the procedure, explaining how Invisalign works, and invited me to the dental practice the same afternoon for an Invisalign scan. Louise was kind, welcoming, and understanding and spoke with me through the steps of Invisalign and what is included in having Invisalign, and Louise answered any questions that I had, which was very helpful. Thank you again! I’ll be coming back for treatment 😊
First class service and experience.I'm a complicated patient with many health issues that need to be taken into consideration.The practice is not only welcoming from the doorstep, but I feel safe and in good hands.The staff have a lovely genuine, warm, empathicand accommodating way of working. The reception staff are exceptionally kind and caring -Why I've been a loyal customer for many, many years.My current dentist is a gem and is extremely experienced at putting me at ease , explaining things in a non jargon /medical way (in plain English) that I can understand and in a way that doesn't panic or alarm me. I'm not fussy who I see as all have been the same, I've never had a bad experience.I find the treatment almost relaxing, very calm with treatment explained.Nothing is rushed or hurried. I'm treated with respect and consulted every step of the treatment.The building is accessible, has free parking with a spacious open plan waiting- come -reception area (also accessible).The only grumble I have is the front door (entrance).Sadly it is not accessible and I've waited outside in my mobility scooter several times for someone to leave before being able to go in - despite knocking on the glass.Other than that I would give the practice 10 out of 10 for their patient care and fantasticskills.
I feel very privileged to have such a good NHS dentist. I have never had a bad experience at this practice. All the staff are friendly calm and efficient and concerned for their patients welfare - doubly important for someone who is dental phobic!

I could not recommend Saf enough.After recent bad experiences at dentists, admittedly I was somewhat reluctant to ever visit one again. However I understood that I was having problems only a dentist could sort out and so had to. I was very quickly put at ease by not only the professionalism shown by Saf, but also his clear caring and compassionate nature, to feel I was under the care of someone who genuinely wanted me to have the best experience and outcome was incredibly refreshing. Saf has since gone into not only fix the existing problems, but has instilled soo much faith in me that I decided to undergo an Invisalign straightening process. Something I previously wouldn’t have even considered. The process has been easy, pain free, insightful and has really helped with my mental health and confidence. I now recommend Saf to my own clients.

I have received a course of stabilisation dentistry having been referred by Seven trees clinic. I have received fantastic treatment from a number of excellent, friendly and professional members of the practice staff (at all stages). My only sadness is that the practice cannot take me on as a national health patient. Thank you for the treatment I have received.
I've been here for 12 yrs and I've seen alot of people come and go, but I have to say that the current team are the best I've seen. Lovely lovely people and my hygienist is wonderful! They are also really good with my kid and accomodating with any requirements I have.

I’ve got a great dentist, but waiting four months between appointments for the same course of treatments is ridiculous. Fortunately I got some cancellations. Also my dentist deserves a better clinical area to work and a new chair. The whole surgery needs a revamp. So come on nuvo. Invest some cash into this surgery that will match your photo advertising and verbal hype.

Friendly faces from the minute we walk in to the minute we leave. The staff behind the desk take the time to know who we are and actually speak to us individually. Celia the dentist explains what she is going to do before doing it and checks that we are ok throughout. She is calm and understanding and doesn’t come across with any judgement. Lovely staff and my daughter was made to feel very welcome the only down side was she didn't get a sticker which she used to get at the previous dentist but that was private. I'm just so glad she's now with an NHS dentist
Friendly staff. Procedure ( injection and filling) was painless and I felt relaxed. Cleaning i dont enjoy but was OK. Mr Silcox is very reassuring, can't always hear what he is saying.All in all good experience.
I hadn't been to a dentist since before the pandemic and we had moved house since I last went. As there were no dentists offering NHS dentistry to new patients I had to go private. I chose Nuvo in Dawlish and had an initial appointment with Jennifer. She thoroughly checked my teeth including Xrays. I needed a further appointment with her to replace a filling I had lost and to give my teeth a thorough clean. The total cost for the two appointments was £240, which was much more than an NHS dentist but considering I hadn't seen a dentist for 6 years I didn't think it was too bad. I would recommend Nuvo and Jennifer.
Excellent work on my teeth. Injection discomfort minimal. When i have needed an emergency appointment i have been able to get them same day. I find the text reminders of appointments very helpful. Very conveniently located for me!
I recently had a cracked filling - on requesting an appointment with my dentist l was told there would be a wait of 2 months but could see an emergency dentist that day. I opted for the appointment that day and mt filling was repaired. Unfortunately 5 days later it broke again so l requested another appointment and was offered one in a couple of days time with a third dentist. He was really good and repaired the filling with great care. I can not fault the care l received and how l was treated by the reception staf. l am only giving 4 stars as it was not possible to get an appointment with my named dentist within a reasonable time frame and obviously l would have preferrednot to have needed two trips to repair my broken filling.
I attended for a regular NHS dental checkup. I was seen on time and made to feel welcome. My checkup was thorough and on this occassion included an xray that was inspected whilst i was there. A small filling crack was identified and a follow up appointent was made and emailed to me. I am very satisfied with this service.
My first treatment with the hygienist at Nuvo was good. She was respectful of my tooth sensitivity and moved carefully in order not to cause discomfort. Her advice was sound for future dental care and I have invested in an electric toothbrush! No looking back. Thank you.After breaking a tooth with a very old filling holding it together, I was lucky to get an emergency appointment.The dental surgeon, Saif, who I was appointed to, was superb. He took me carefully through a number of aternative solutions explaining with great clarity the possible options. His work on my tooth was incredibly skilful and he showed constant consideration for my comfort and well- being. This was one of the best dental experiences I have had. As someone who, when a child has very bad and painful experiences with dentists the memories haunt. Mr Colin Silcox has always been sympathetic and understanding. Now I have no fear of visiting the dentist. Mr Silcox and his nurse are very professional, friendly and efficient, as are the lovely ladies on reception. If only it was on the NHS :-).

I was in a lot of pain with a wisdom tooth, I called in to book an emergency appointment. I was dealt with quickly. I was a little grouchy due to the pain and gave the receptionist a hard time. She was nothing but lovely and very professional, if it had of been the other way around, I probably would probably have hung up the phone. So full credit to her and thank you for your patience.The tooth extraction was rapid and absolutely pain free. I cannot express what lovely staff are here. Brilliant dentist and I cannot recommend enough to be fair.

We love this surgery. The receptionist remembers us every time and is so helpful and kind. The new dentist we had was very through and excellent with the children. He explained everything in an easy to understand way and made us feel informed about how to improve our teeth.

I've been here for 12 yrs and I've seen alot of people come and go, but I have to say that the current team are the best I've seen. Lovely lovely people and my hygienist is wonderful! They are also really good with my kid and accomodating with any requirements I have.

I have received a course of stabilisation dentistry having been referred by Seven trees clinic. I have received fantastic treatment from a number of excellent, friendly and professional members of the practice staff (at all stages). My only sadness is that the practice cannot take me on as a national health patient. Thank you for the treatment I have received.

Ive recently been to Nuvo Dental and had an excellent experience with Dr.Saf for my composite bonding procedure. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional, and I immediately felt at ease. Dr. Saf took the time to explain the entire process to me, answering all my questions and ensuring I was comfortable throughout.The procedure itself was smooth and virtually painless, and I was amazed at how natural the results look. I’m extremely happy with the results and I would highly recommend Dr.Saf to anyone considering composite bonding!! I'm so lucky first of all to have a NHS dentist, but to find one that is so friendly, always make you feel relaxed which is a bonus as I have a fear of the dentist, lovely receptionists also the dental assistants and dentists I have used are excellent.

I could not recommend Saf enough.After recent bad experiences at dentists, admittedly I was somewhat reluctant to ever visit one again. However I understood that I was having problems only a dentist could sort out and so had to. I was very quickly put at ease by not only the professionalism shown by Saf, but also his clear caring and compassionate nature, to feel I was under the care of someone who genuinely wanted me to have the best experience and outcome was incredibly refreshing. Saf has since gone into not only fix the existing problems, but has instilled soo much faith in me that I decided to undergo an Invisalign straightening process. Something I previously wouldn’t have even considered. The process has been easy, pain free, insightful and has really helped with my mental health and confidence. I now recommend Saf to my own clients.
I feel very privileged to have such a good NHS dentist. I have never had a bad experience at this practice. All the staff are friendly calm and efficient and concerned for their patients welfare - doubly important for someone who is dental phobic!
I couldn’t recommend Nuvo Dental enough, especially Sanjay & Louise who were absolutely amazing!They always made me feel comfortable and were very accommodating with me using a wheelchair or crutches at my appointments.All the girls on the desk were also all very lovely & polite.It is accessible with a ramp up to the dentist for anyone who may need this and the girls are always willing to give you a hand if needed.Thank you to all the team for making me feel at ease as soon as I stepped into the dentist, there was always a lovley atmosphere.I absolutely love my new smile after invisalign treatment with Sanjay, he is very precise, professional and is very good at what he does.Anyone thinking about having treatment here, do it you won’t be disappointed!Shania
First class service and experience.I'm a complicated patient with many health issues that need to be taken into consideration.The practice is not only welcoming from the doorstep, but I feel safe and in good hands.The staff have a lovely genuine, warm, empathicand accommodating way of working. The reception staff are exceptionally kind and caring -Why I've been a loyal customer for many, many years.My current dentist is a gem and is extremely experienced at putting me at ease , explaining things in a non jargon /medical way (in plain English) that I can understand and in a way that doesn't panic or alarm me. I'm not fussy who I see as all have been the same, I've never had a bad experience.I find the treatment almost relaxing, very calm with treatment explained.Nothing is rushed or hurried. I'm treated with respect and consulted every step of the treatment.The building is accessible, has free parking with a spacious open plan waiting- come -reception area (also accessible).The only grumble I have is the front door (entrance).Sadly it is not accessible and I've waited outside in my mobility scooter several times for someone to leave before being able to go in - despite knocking on the glass.Other than that I would give the practice 10 out of 10 for their patient care and fantasticskills.
Yesterday afternoon, I booked an online consultation with the treatment co-ordinator, Louise Richards. I received a video call, and Louise spoke with me through the insights of the procedure, explaining how Invisalign works, and invited me to the dental practice the same afternoon for an Invisalign scan. Louise was kind, welcoming, and understanding and spoke with me through the steps of Invisalign and what is included in having Invisalign, and Louise answered any questions that I had, which was very helpful. Thank you again! I’ll be coming back for treatment 😊
I’ve given 5stars as they truly are 5 star rating.I suffer with PTSD and anxiety and also have a central tremors,the dentist who is looking after me and my teeth is very understanding of my illness and has told me to wave at her if I need a break to stop. Thank you to Sian Scott for being such a lovely dentist.I would definitely recommend Nuvo Dental+ Implant Centre..Thank you to the team who looks after their patients.
Price has gone up a fair bit over the last year or so! I would prefer if they did a little bit less lecturing every time and focused purely on the cleaning (maybe lecture as youre cleaning) as it is quite expensive, but service is good, hygienist is nice and I continue to go here
My experience with Nuvo dental was more than pleasant. After being cautious with research for possible routes to achieve my new smile, I managed to give Nuvo Dental a try and got a consultation. The Staff at reception were polite and friendly and Dr Florin gave me a clear plan as to how we will reach out target for my smile. With interval check ups undergoing my Invisalign, Dr Florin and I constructed a Plan for my composite bonding. Clear instructions were given when using the whitening kit and how to keep the retainers clean. My final result after Invisalign and my composite bonding exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be more happy. Much appreciation for all the Staff at Nuvo Dental for my journey to perfect my smile and gain more confidence.
Can't fault this practice. Lovely staff on reception and my dentist is so easy to talk to and given me lots of advice on my treatment. I'm a very nervous patient but he puts me at ease right away. Also helpful on ways to pay for the ongoing treatment.

But the male dentist and young lady who did it for me were so patient and really comforting! Got it out in no time. Made my experience much more pleasant than i anticipated it to be. Florin is the best dentist I have ever had. I had extreme dental anxiety due to previous dentists and he puts me at ease telling me each step and letting me have little rests. I’ve had fillings done and he was very careful and now he has done my composite bonding to enhance my smile for my wedding day. The reception staff are always friendly and efficient as are the dental team. My last visit was a check up. I didn't need treatment but the dentist gave me a clean up removing any build up the electric tooth brush and tooth pick failed to remove. All done in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this dental surgery, I have been a patient on their books for over 10 years.
Nuvo Dental + Implant Centre is my regular place to visit for all of my dental needs. It has been for quite a long time now and that is because I have been very satisfied with the standard of care and also for the way we are kept up to date for our needs. The staff always greet us and treat us with respect, and appointments are rarely delayed. I am NHS service user at this dentist - they have always been very friendly, polite and compassionate. I haven't had any issues, however I think it's a shame they aren't taking on any new NHS patients as it's a current issue across the country.

I moved to this practise a number of years ago when my previous dentist joined so have been with them for around 23 years. Fortunately I have NHS dental treatment.and have always been treated well by the Nuvo team. Communication is sometimes a little awry but have absolutely no complaints. The staff are respectful, patient, friendly and knowledgeable and the costs are reasonable. I'm very happy with NUVO and would recommend them.
Always happy to go to the Nuvo dental + implant centre. My Dental surgeon is terrific, she explains things clearly, she is genuinely friendly too.The Dental nurses and assistants are good too, only ever encountered one grumpy one who preferred to talk to others than deal with patients. The others are great with both NHS patients and Private ones.
Amazing experience with Dr Florin and Louise, both incredibly lovely and hard working, couldn’t recommend the two of them enough. Dr Florin is highly skilful/talented, gentle and understanding, I couldn’t recommend him enough for any treatment but in particular, composite bonding. Louise is just really lovely and thoughtful. The two of them looked after me and have made an amazing experience. I cannot thank the both of them enough.
Fantastic surgery. I hadn’t been to the dentist in many years and when one tooth failed quite badly, I was overwhelmed with anxiety. I had a consultation appointment with Dr Florin Cret who was extremely friendly and reassuring. He put my anxiety at ease and advised that I needed two teeth repaired with bonding.I was immediately booked in for an appointment 6 days later and he carried out the surgery. I was very nervous but again he reassured me and talked me through the entire procedure - he and his nurse were fantastic and completed rebuilding both teeth in less than 30 minutes with no pain whatsoever. Absolutely fantastic and I will be attending on a regular basis moving forward.Thank you!
All the staff are lovely at Nuvo and the dentist explained the who procedure before my surgery. I had bone loss in lower jaw and now it’s been filled and now my teeth are more secure and no more pain. Highly recommend Nuvo dental care.

Chipped the composite on my front tooth a few days before Christmas. I was worried it may get worse if left over the Christmas period. I called the surgery and they gave me an appointment the same day and the dentist, Dr Florin, fixed my tooth completely (I expected a temporary fix to get me through Christmas). Both dentist and his assistant in the surgery were lovely. Really pleased with the service I received.

Had a check up here recently. Saf was brilliant. Had a little bit of calcium build up which he cleaned up easily. Such a pleasant visit. Made to feel very welcome and at ease from the reception staff right through to the treatment room. Totally recommend this dentist. 5 stars aren't enough, should be 10.
Really excellent dentist, so much so we travel 1.5 hours to visit. After bad experiences locally they are a refreshing change always professional and respectful to all our family. I also had my Invisalign here and am extremely happy with the results.
I was on holiday and need some work done quickly, Nuvo had me booked in the next day and sorted me out. The hygienist was so patient and gentle with me as I have Aspergers, she made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice

I've relatively recently switched to Nuvo and must say the level of care and consideration I receive is quite amazing. I'm a nervous visitor to a dentist yet everyone goes out of their way to put me at ease, explaining every step of the treatment clearly. The quality of treatment is also excellent, and where a problem arose with my plate (and really of my own making) a resolution was found for which no charge was made despite it needing a great deal of time to enact. All in all they are superb
Going ahead with the Invisalign treatment plan was the best thing I ever did. I am so happy with how my teeth turned out and I can’t thank Florin enough for it. Florin always made me feel at ease and made the whole process feel so easy! Every appointment I always came out feeling so happy with how the process was going and before I knew it, it was done. Excellent! I have just completed a fairly extensive treatment course to get my teeth looking good for my daughters wedding! Despite the rather short time frame, Florin Cret, my dentist, produced a treatment plan that fitted my busy schedule perfectly. Orchard dentis practiceI’ve been going to this dentist for over a decade very professional clean and tidy. My current dentist very professional and patient with me when it comes to doing x-rays as I tend to gag when they try to place the X-ray paddles in my mouth but the dentist was very patient 5 stars to that man. The surrounding areas around by the reception very basic clean and tidy. There is a ramp from the outside of the building for access if you have a buggy or if Need access for a wheelchair . Thank you very much for being professional.
